Tai Po Plaza is a "Private Sector Participation Scheme" housing project with a gross floor area of 62,376 square metres. It consists of five residential blocks with 1,408 flats built on top of a 2-level commercial podium featuring cinemas, restaurants, retail shops and carparks.
