The joint-venture project between Shui On Construction Company Limited and Zen Pacific comprises the following :-
1) Construct a main Depot Building and 20 ancillary buildings with pad footings on a reclaimed area of 325,000m² at Siu Ho Wan on Lantau Island.
2) All drainage works and external works including underground services, roadworks, fencing and landscaping works.
