This project comprises the construction of three 39-storey Harmony-Type 1 Blocks and ancillary works which include remedial works of preloading and installation of vertical drains and all associated external drainage works.
It was SOBC's first project to adopt a fast track construction method - "6-Day Cycle" for the construction of Harmony Blocks.
