This project includes the construction of two 35-storey New Cruciform Blocks and one 6-storey carpark. Aluminium formwork (the "Mascon System" from Canada) was utilised to construct the walls and slabs of the domestic blocks. As an alternative to timber formwork, the aluminium formwork was reuseable and environment-friendly, and it could reduce the amount of refuse on sites.
