This project comprises the construction of three 37-storey Harmony-Type 2 Blocks, one shopping centre, one primary school, bus terminus, pedestrian footbridge, and all associated drainage and external works.
One of the Harmony Blocks in this project was constructed by using the "Precast Facade Method". This was the first time the new method was applied in the Housing Authority's modular design block. The Building Committee of the Housing Authority then approved the design of precast facade and specified its use in most subsequent projects of high-rise domestic blocks.
