Shui on Plant & Equipment Services Limited (SOPES) mainly provides repair and maintenance services of plant and machinery for Shui On's Construction Division. With regular preventive maintenance work, breakdowns of the Group's site plant and machinery are kept to the minimum. It is also a specialist contractor in structural steel and electrical and mechanical works registered with major organizations and government departments.
 

SOPES's major capabilities are as follows:
1. To provide installation, maintenance and technical services of site plants and equipment for Shui On Construction Company Limited and Shui On Building Contractors Limited.
2. To carry out structural steel works, metal works and erection of mechanical plants.
3. To provide repair and maintenance services for site heavy machinery in Lau Shui Heung depot, Fanling.
