Shui On Properties Limited (SOP) was the property development arm of Shui On Group prior to the formation of Shui On Land Limited in 2004. SOP expanded its business into the Chinese Mainland in 1985 and built a sizable portfolio of property development and investment projects in the Mainland. Its prime developments in the Mainland have been injected into Shui On Land, the flagship property company of the Shui On Group. SOP now focuses on property investment with interests in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and New York.
