Corporate Avenue, a project with a gross floor area of 560,000 square metres, features Grade A office towers, a commercial centre and other facilities built along the 1.2km-long Hubin Road next to the Taipingqiao Lake. It is close to the Huangpinan Road metro station on the M1 line and the planned metro station on Tibet Road on the M8 line, which is scheduled to open in 2005. Upon completion, the Corporate Avenue will form an integral part of the Luwan business district in downtown Shanghai. The first phase of Corporate Avenue, including two office towers with gross floor area of 78,000 square metres, was completed in end-2003.
