Chuangzhi
Tiandi is adjacent to numerous major universities and
colleges in the Yangpu district of Shanghai. The project
aims to generate innovation and entrepreneurship similar
to that of Silicon Valley in the United States. It is
also designed to provide "live-work" accommodation
inspired by the Left Bank in Paris. Placing strong emphasis
on education, technology, culture, research and business
incubation, Chuangzhi Tiandi will be a multi-function
community where people live, study, work and relax.
Changzhi Tiandi will include:
- The Hub - a work, leisure, entertainment and cultural
core
- Live/Work Area - a mixed-use area comprising office
buildings, retail shops, recreational amenities and
residential accommodation
- Technology Park - an R&D area focused on the
development of information technology, biotechnology,
environmental sciences and engineering
