Established in Hong Kong in 1982, Shui On Properties Management Limited (SOPM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shui On Group. In addition to looking after the Group's properties in Hong Kong, the company also provides property management service to private housing estates, shopping centres, commercial premises, factory buildings and car parks.

The company is listed on the Hong Kong Housing Authority's (HKHA) Approved Lists of Property Management Agent and Property Services Company, eligible to tender for property management and maintenance service contracts for HKHA's Home Ownership Scheme and Public Rental Housing estates, factory buildings and commercial/shopping arcades.

With a security company license under the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance, the company is also qualified to provide security services. It is also an active member of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies.

SOPM has been implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) since 1993.
