Shui On Holdings Limited (SOH) is the private arm of Shui On Group. SOH, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shui On Properties Limited, expanded its business into the Chinese Mainland in 1985 and built a sizable portfolio of property development and investment projects in the Mainland. Its prime developments in the Mainland have been injected into Shui On Land, the flagship property company of the Shui On Group. SOH now focuses on property investment with interests in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.
