The works comprise the construction of one 5-storey Infirmary Block and one 5-storey Care and Attention/Long Stay Care Block on a 2-storey podium, one 6-storey staff quarters building and all associated drainage and external works, the surfacing of access road, construction of associate footpath and pedestrian pavements including footings and pile caps.
