This project includes the construction of one 37-storey Harmony Type Two block, one 5-storey commercial/carpark building including market, supermarket, retail shops, fast food shop, Chinese restaurant, medical/dental clinic, open tennis courts, landscaped garden, all associated drainage and external works including play areas, covered walkway, retaining walls, pedestrian footbridge, etc.
