This project includes the construction of six one-storey buildings containing reception area, E&M annex blocks, and 12 mock-up flats, six of which are to be fitted-out with furniture as show flats, while the rest are to be in standard finishing, with all associated underground drainage, external works, domestic building services and lift installation works.
