This project includes the construction of two 31-storey Concord 2 Blocks (Home Ownership Scheme, which was completed in June 1999), one 3-storey commercial centre, one 1-storey Main Telecommunications and Broadcasting Equipment Room, upgrading of Ming Tak Shopping Arcade including roof enclosure and associated building services, and all associated drainage and external works.
