To cater for the different needs of our employees, we have put in place a comprehensive training and development programme that covers Management Development, Supervisory Development, Personal Development, Total Quality Management, Language Training and Computer Training. We also encourage and sponsor staff to take external educational courses for career development and send managers overseas to learn advanced technologies and work methods.

Shui On is committed to developing young graduates. We have four major career development programmes designed for them: Graduate Engineer Programme for engineering graduates, Management Trainee Programme for graduates of general disciplines, Health Safety & Environment Trainee Programme for training up fully competent registered safety officers and Apprentice Scheme for technical institute graduates. These development programmes provide ample on-the-job training opportunities and are well structured to ensure that training objectives are met.
