[2 December 2005 - Shanghai] Shui On Land Limited (Shui On Land) today unveils the company's Shanghai Gem - The Lakeville Regency. The new luxurious residence, located at Shanghai's city centre, will be put onto the market soon. Special Guests and media are invited to have the first glimpse of the show flats.
