Hong Kong, 11 July, 2005 - Shui On Land Limited, the Shui On Group's flagship property company in the Chinese Mainland, has appointed Mr. Lawrence Wu as Managing Director, Commercial, and Mr. Tim Addison as Managing Director, Corporate Finance and Development. Both executives are based in Shanghai.

Mr. Wu is responsible for overseeing Shui On Land's sales and marketing functions as well as the leasing and management of its rental portfolio. He has more than 30 years of managerial experience with major corporations, including close to 20 years in the real estate business. Before joining Shui On Land, he worked with Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited where he was General Manager of its Leasing Department, responsible for the company's flagship projects in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.

Mr. Addison is responsible for Shui On Land's corporate finance functions, having had extensive experience in this field in Asia with HSBC where he worked for a period of over 20 years. He was a director of HSBC Corporate Finance Limited from 1991 until 2002 and held the position of Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Investment Banking, Asia Pacific when he left HSBC in 2002. Mr. Addison has worked on all corporate finance transactions ever undertaken by the Shui On Group since 1984.
