In order to meet changing customer needs, SOPM has started various programmes to improve the management operation years ago. Besides reviewing work procedures and methods, frequent training and conferences are conducted to raise employees’ awareness of quality assurance. A management consultant has also been appointed to assist the Company in formulating a comprehensive quality management system. The certification of ISO 9002 further testifies to SOPM staff’s positive, enthusiastic and industrious spirit in providing its customers with reliable, professional, efficient and effective services.

SOPM has long been an approved property management agent on the lists of the Government Property Agency and the Housing Authority, specializing in the management and maintenance of residential and commercial premises. SOPM is also equipped with a security licence which allows it to provide security work under the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance.
