Manager - Quantity Surveying Location:   China or Hong Kong The Job: The incumbent will be responsible for providing the overall quantity surveying services/ advices to the assigned property development projects particularly in contract administration and cost control. Requirements: - Degree holders in Quality Surveying or related disciplines preferably a Professional Associate or Fellow of the RICS or of the HKIS - Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience of which at least 5 years in a management position - Mainland experience is a definitely advantage - Good negotiation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
