Senior Leasing Manager Location:   China The Job: The incumbent will be responsible for planning and executing all leasing activities of the Company's portfolio in the Mainland including liaison with international brands, local property agents etc. Requirements: - University graduate - At least 7 years' relevant working experience preferably with substantial experience in tenancy management of PRC portfolio - Strong network and good relationship with property agents - Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) are a must - Frequent travel to other cities in PRC - Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Leasing Manager
