Sales Manager Location:   China The Job: The incumbent will be responsible for planning and implementing the sales and marketing plans for the assigned property development projects in the Mainland. Requirements: - University graduate in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent - At least 5 years' PRC project sales and marketing working experience preferably gained in property developer - Good team player with strong selling and presentation skills and able to work under pressure - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
