Graduate Engineer Programme
 

 
- a four-year programme to train up young engineering graduates to become project management staff


- possess Scheme 'A' registration with the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the disciplines of Civil, Structural, Building, and Building Services
- each Graduate Engineer is assigned a tutor and an engineering supervisor who will provide regular coaching and support
- planned job rotation provides opportunity to familiarize with different disciplines and functions on the job
- regular site visits, gatherings and in-house seminars
- external training courses are sponsored to ensure that the objective of offering continuous professional development is achieved







Management Trainee Programme
 

 
- a three-year systematic programme which comprises three stages to develop high calibre university graduates to become future management backbone of the Group's operations in both Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland
- on-the-job training through job rotation, special project assignment and functional familiarization in different departments is a key feature of the programme
- training on personal and management skills will be provided
- each trainee will be assigned a tutor to assist him/her to progress through the programme

 

Health Safety & Environment Trainee Programme
 

 
- a three-year programme to prepare trainees to become fully competent professionals in health, safety and environmental management
- trainees are fully sponsored to attend part-time evening or part-time day release certificate course at recognized institutions
- comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to trainees at site and office under the regular guidance of a coach/supervisor. Trainees report their training progress to management on a six-monthly basis
- in-house training is arranged from time to time to enhance job knowledge and skills of trainees

 

Apprentice Scheme
 

 
- a four-year programme to train up graduates of technical institutes to become project supervisory staff
- regular visits, gatherings, talks and training
- a well structured on-the-job training programme is designed for each apprentice
- a coach is assigned for each apprentice to provide support and guidance
- apprentices are fully sponsored to attend part-time day release courses for three to four years at technical institutes
