under Shui On Construction and Materials Ltd (now renamed as SOCAM Deveopment Limited), which
was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Shui
On Plaza, a grade A office and commercial development located
in Shanghai, was completed and became Shui On's headquarters
in the Chinese Mainland.
- Acquired the
development rights for the Taipingqiao Area in Luwan District,
Shanghai. The first phase development was named Shanghai
"Xintiandi".
