Requirements: - The ideal candidate should be a university graduate in Finance or Accounting and a qualified accountant - At least 7 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property development business - Solid audit experience and well versed with PRC accounting and taxation are essential - Strong communication skills, as well as proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua) are a must - Frequent travel to PRC is required
