就業機會 Senior Sales Manager Location:   China The Job: The incumbent will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and plans for the Company's property development projects in various cities in the Mainland. He/She will also take charge of all sales activities of the Company's portfolio. Requirements: - University graduate in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent - At least 7 years' relevant working experience with 3 years of which must be in managerial capacity in the PRC project sales and marketing - Sound knowledge of all aspects of property market and operations - Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) - Frequent travel to other cities in PRC
