The
Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day
HR services and support to the assigned company(ies).
He/She will also assist in implementing various HR initiatives
and programmes to develop talents to meet the Group's
growth objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be a university graduate
in HRM or related disciplines with 4-6 years' relevant
working experience preferably gained in a sizable
organization. Mainland HR experience is a definite
advantage. He/She should be a good team player,
self-driven and be able to interact effectively
with all levels of staff. Good communication and
interpersonal skills, proficiency in written / spoken
English and Chinese (Putonghua) are all prerequisites
for this position. Occasional travel to PRC is required.
