CEO CALL: Living the China Dream

Abstract: The Shui On Group has positioned itself to benefit
from the infrastructure boom now sweeping China, with investments
in cement to high-end property development, including the
renowned Shanghai Xintiandi. Mishi Saran talked to Chairman
and CEO Vincent H.S. Lo about Shui On's new property projects
in Hangzhou, Chongqing and Shanghai's Yangpu District. According
to Lo, it is important to understand local needs and to work
in conjunction with the municipal government.
