The
Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall construction
planning and management of the assigned project(s), including
overall design/redesign and master planning, supervision
of management contractor and control of project progress,
quality and costs until the completion of construction
for handover to the owner(s).
Requirements:

Degree holder in Structural Engineering or related
discipline

At least 8 years' postgraduate experience, preferably
with developers and consultants
-
Conversant with construction regulations and formalities
in China
-
Superior communication and organization abilities
-
Good command of both written and spoken English
and Chinese (Putonghua)
