¾ÍÒµ»ú»á Manager - Quantity Surveying Location:   Dalian The Job: The incumbent will be responsible for providing the overall quantity surveying services/advices to the assigned projects particularly in contract administration and cost control. He/She also will assist in the technical due diligence and construction cost estimation for identified projects during the project evaluation stage so as to facilitate the management in making sound acquisition/investment decisions. Requirements: - Degree holders in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines preferably a Professional Associate or Fellow of the RICS or of the HKIS - Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience of which at least 5 years in a management level - Experience in organization development and leadership development in an in-house environment would be a definite advantage - Mainland experience is a definitely advantage - Good negotiation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
