The
Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing all aspects
of building services engineering support and related technical
advices to the assigned projects, including technical
due diligence during the project evaluation stage, to
ensure the electrical and mechanical related works are
completed on time, at the specified quality standard and
within the budgeted cost.
Requirements:

Degree holders in Building Services or Mechanical
/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent and preferably
with membership of professional institutes

Minimum 10 years' relevant experience of which at
least 5 years in a management level

Mainland experience gained from property developer
is a definite advantage

Good interpersonal skills and excellent command
of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
