¾ÍÒµ»ú»á Manager - Development Planning Location:   Dalian The Job: The incumbent will be responsible for full spectrum of planning and design, co-ordination with consultants as well as responsible for project management of assigned projects. The scope of work includes architectural design and planning, liaison and coordination with government authorities as well as external consultants and close monitoring of project progress. Requirements: - Degree holder in Architecture or Urban Planning - At least 8 years' experience, preferably with developers and consultants - Conversant with planning laws and submission process in China - Good design skill with CAD knowledge - Superior communication and organization abilities - Proficiency in written / spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
